Customer Review:

“I’ve been with Four Bells for a little over a year and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. I’ve learned how to lift weights and do so safely and with proper form, and I’m really happy with my progress so far. Four Bells isn’t the only gym in town that can teach this, but the instruction quality is definitely top notch. It’s the culture that Mark and the rest of the coaches have built that is what really makes this place truly special. It is a positive, supportive, and often hilarious place where no one takes themselves too seriously while pushing their fitness hard at the same time. Four Bells gets my highest possible recommendation.”

Customer Review:

“The coaching at this gym is top notch and very focused on improving your form. In a few short months my squat has improved in stability, range, and weight. I am not exactly a born athlete, so I appreciate the extra time the coaches spend to make sure I am doing the exercises in a safe manner. While CrossFit can get a bad rap for injuries, I think this is a safe gym to explore the sport. I also like that the gym offers powerlifting and gymnastics focused classes. The community is tight, and some are very competitive, but it is a great place to get stronger with like-minded people.”

FAQs About Indoor Playgrounds

Many indoor playgrounds have climbing structures, slides, bouncing areas and more. They also often come equipped with monitors that play children’s favorite cartoons or movies so they can spend their time playing without having to leave the enclosure.
Indoor playgrounds provide many benefits for children and families. They can offer a fun, safe place to explore and play, promote physical activity, help with development skills, encourage creativity and communication skills, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Most indoor playgrounds do have some type of safety feature, such as play sensors that activate when a child goes too high or falls. Many also have gates that close if a child climbs out and locks to keep them in the area.
It is important to first consider your child’s age, size and interests. Next, look at the features of each model so you can decide which one best suits your needs. Finally, read reviews from other parents in order to get a better idea about what their experiences have been with that specific playground.

Final Thoughts

With many indoor playgrounds in Kitchener, the best one for your family will depend on various factors. For younger children, you’ll want to choose a play space that is safe and age-appropriate. Older kids might enjoy a more challenging environment with plenty of activities to keep them engaged.
